CLEANING FRIDGE

Cleaning a fridge is one of the easiest tasks to do yet its neglected in most cases and it is believed this is not deliberate, just overlooked in most cases. Here you will find some tips on how to clean your fridge inside and out and hopefully helps you improve the cleanliness and peace of mind above all safety

Items you will need

Spray bottle
White Vinegar
Dish Soap
Lemon or Lemon essentials oil

Microfiber cloth

Fill spray bottle halfway with tap hot water (1 cup), ½ cup of white vinegar, ½ teaspoon of dish soap, 20 drops of lemon essential oil (or ml equivalent) – Lemon is used here because it helps cut grease and hot water help breakdown the process of removing grease and other dirts.

Now you are all set, Spray inside the fridge and drawers leave for a couple of minutes and wipe using micro-fibre cloth.

Another thing you can consider if the fridge was in a bad shape before the cleaning or there is an odd smell pour some vinegar into a cup and place in the fridge after cleaning this can be left in the fridge for 30-60 mins

For a deep clean, remove the drawers and wash them in the kitchen sink with soap and water. If they won’t fit in your sink, spray and wipe them clean, and dry them before putting them back. While the drawers are removed, wipe down the walls and “floor” of the fridge with the vinegar cleaner.
